London Junior Championships

UK Chess Challenge

The biggest chess tournament in the world, with 72,000 entrants in 2005! Submit entries via schools in January. Internal schools tournaments lead to county Megafinals in May and North and South Gigafinals in July. If your school plays in one competition, this should be it.
